How does it all work? How do I get an estimate?

1st - Confirm a scope of work, which CSI divisions to perform take-off on.

2nd - Determine Take-off or Cost Estimate. Take-off is providing quantities of material. Cost Estimate is providing cost for materials and/or labor.

3rd - Review plans and provide a quote-based size of job, scope and bid package level

4th - Authorize direction to proceed

5th - Files sent via Drop Box link -

6th - Link consists of take-off PDF, all bidding documents (plans, specs, addenda, schedules, bid forms, etc..) Reports and Scope Clarifications

How much will it cost?

We provide a quote based on hours. This will have a range of hours. Client will not pay more than the hours quoted. Invoice pay when rendered. Credit Cards accepted.

What is your turnaround or delivery time?

Depends on size of project. Anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
